Services

ShukBites provides guided culinary tasting walks and related food-tourism experiences in Tel Aviv (Carmel Market and food streets). We are not a medical, dietary, nutrition, or health coaching service. Descriptions of food are cultural and experiential.

Bookings & payment

Tour details, pricing, and payment instructions are confirmed when you book by email or phone. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing (email or message).

Cancellations

• Guest cancellations more than 48 hours before start time may be rescheduled or refunded as agreed at booking.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable unless we can fill the spot.
• If we cancel due to weather, vendor closure, or guide unavailability, we will offer a reschedule or refund of amounts paid to us.

Allergies & dietary needs

Market and street food environments may involve shared surfaces, oils, and ingredients. Tell us about allergies when booking. We will try to adapt stops, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free conditions. Guests participate at their own discretion.

Conduct & safety

Tours involve walking in busy public spaces. Wear suitable footwear, follow your guide’s instructions, and respect vendors and fellow guests. We may refuse or end participation for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

Intellectual property

Content on shukbites.pro — including text, design, and images — belongs to ShukBites or its licensors. Do not copy for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShukBites is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or tours, except where liability cannot be excluded. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

Site content is for general information. Tour availability and stop lists may change. The contact form on this static site is a demo request tool; confirm bookings via email or phone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
